These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pakzameen.vip website and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, listing a property, placing a bid, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Description of the Service

Pakzameen.vip is an online platform that allows:
  • Property owners/sellers to list residential, commercial, and land/plot properties for sale or to let/rent.
  • Users to search, view, inquire about, and bid on listed properties through an online bidding/auction system.
  • Direct communication between sellers and potential buyers/bidders (no mandatory agent involvement).
We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, sell, rent, manage, or guarantee any properties. All transactions occur directly between users.

4. User Accounts

  • You may need to create an account to list properties, place bids, or access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion.

5. Property Listings

  • Only authorized owners, their representatives, or agents may list properties.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information about each property.
  • You are solely responsible for the content (photos, descriptions, pricing, contact details) you post.
  • We do not verify or endorse listings. Listings are user-generated and may contain errors or misrepresentations.
  • We may (but are not obligated to) remove listings that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, or are reported.

6. Bidding and Auctions

  • Bids are binding offers to purchase or rent the property at the stated amount and terms.
  • Placing a bid constitutes your agreement to complete the transaction if you win (subject to seller acceptance).
  • Bid history is visible on each listing page (amounts, timestamps, and bidder identifiers as per our settings – anonymity may be partial).
  • We do not guarantee that the highest bid will be accepted by the seller.
  • We are not responsible for failed transactions, disputes between parties, or non-performance after a bid is accepted.
  • Timed auctions (if implemented) end automatically; highest valid bid at closing time wins unless seller rejects.
  • You must be logged in to place bids.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Harass, threaten, or spam other users.
  • Attempt to manipulate bids, listings, or the bidding system.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with the Service’s security, functionality, or availability.
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data without permission.
Violation may result in immediate account termination and/or legal action.

8. Fees

Currently, listing and bidding are free. We reserve the right to introduce fees (e.g., premium listings, featured placements, transaction fees) in the future. Any new fees will be clearly communicated in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Service (design, text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by Pakzameen.vip or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content on the Service.
  • You retain ownership of your content but warrant that it does not infringe third-party rights.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Listings or bids are accurate, complete, or reliable.
  • Any transaction will be completed successfully.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pakzameen.vip, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pakzameen.vip and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
